We are seeking up to three new trustees to join our board and contribute to the strategic direction of PLUS. As a trustee, you will work collaboratively with our executive leadership team to support and scrutinize their decisions, while also bringing your expertise and knowledge to the table.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Social Care and CQC Regulation
  • Property and Housing Management
  • Finance, with a focus on charity and social care
  • Lived experience of supporting family members with learning disabilities
  • Data and Cyber Security, or People and HR

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage those from black and minority ethnic communities to apply. As a trustee, you will be expected to attend quarterly board meetings, as well as occasional meetings with other trustees and executive management. Our supportive induction programme will also include a visit to our front-line services.
