About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Email and CRM Designer to join our team at Creative Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our digital design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective email designs, content, and templating that reflect our brand guidelines while remaining culturally relevant and capturing our customers' imagination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRM team to deliver strategic briefs, including delivering inspiring emails, new templates, and long-term projects.
  • Ensure all designs are created with a unified approach for a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital design strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience of email design across different brands, with a focus on fashion and/or sports.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, and experience with Figma.
  • Proven experience using video editing and formatting software.
  • Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML) and email coding.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and brand and e-commerce functions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive day rate of £250-£290.
  • A 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
