Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Email and CRM Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Digital Email and CRM Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email designs, content, and templating that reflect our brand guidelines while remaining culturally relevant and capturing our customers' imagination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRM team to deliver strategic briefs, including delivering inspiring emails, new templates, and long-term projects.
  • Ensure all designs are created with a unified approach for a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand and ecommerce functions, including the roles of teams within it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality email designs that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email design trends, best practices, and platform capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience of email design across different brands, with a focus on fashion and ecommerce.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, and ability to create animations.
  • Proven experience using Figma and a solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
  • Good knowledge of asset packaging, optimization, and handover to development.
  • Strong grasp of email coding, including understanding of capabilities and restrictions within different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and good understanding of brand and ecommerce functions.
