Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Digital Email and CRM Designer to join our team on a 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension. As a Freelance Digital Email and CRM Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email designs, content, and templating that reflect our brand guidelines while remaining culturally relevant and engaging for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CRM team to deliver strategic briefs, including designing inspiring emails, new templates, and long-term projects.
  • Ensure all designs are created with a unified approach for a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand and e-commerce functions, including the roles of teams within it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email design and CRM.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience of email design across different brands, with a focus on fashion and/or sports.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, with the ability to create animations.
  • Proven experience using Figma is essential.
  • A solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
  • A good knowledge of asset packaging, optimization, and handover to development.
  • Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML).
  • Strong grasp of email coding; understanding of capabilities and restrictions within different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes.
