Tenancy Management Specialist

Pear Recruitment seeks an experienced Tenancy Management Specialist to oversee the administration of tenancies within our company.
Job Description:- Negotiate renewal terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft and finalize renewal documents, including tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork.
- Verify compliance documents, such as ID, Right to Rent, and Anti-Money Laundering documentation, and safety certificates, guaranteeing accuracy and thoroughness.
- Maintain updated records and office systems, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient operations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks, including updating weekly available property lists and drawing up legal tenancy documents.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per year. We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
