Job Title: Experienced Nurse in Mental Health Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bluebird Care North Somerset. As a key member of our domiciliary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing care to clients with mental health disabilities in their homes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, monitor mental health conditions, and implement therapeutic interventions.
  • Offer emotional support and counselling to clients and their families, helping them manage mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, progress, and any changes in condition.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and continuous care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid UK Nursing license and PIN.
  • Experience in mental health nursing, preferably within a community or domiciliary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
