About the Role: We are seeking a talented and compassionate Relief Nursery Assistant to join our team at Busy Bees. As a key member of our nursery community, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our children.

Responsibilities: As a Relief Nursery Assistant, your primary focus will be on ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children, providing developmentally challenging next steps.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a patient and caring approach, and a passion for working with young children.
