The role involves:
- Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs of individual children.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Monitoring and assessing children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address any gaps.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its application in practice.
- Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures, with the ability to respond effectively to any concerns or incidents.
