Warehouse Team Leader

Gregory Distribution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately record and report data.
