About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Scheduler to join our Property Operations team at Home Made. As a Sales Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing our Sales Associates' travel itineraries, managing landlord appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service to our renters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and optimize Sales Associates' travel itineraries
- Manage landlord appointments and ensure timely updates
- Provide exceptional customer service to renters
- Proactively seek opportunities to increase property viewings
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Great decision-making and problem-solving skills
