Global Laser and Photonics Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Global Laser and Photonics Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our global product support team, you will provide expert-level technical support to our customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and practical background in Physics and Material Sciences, with a solid understanding of key areas such as optics, fibres, and lasers. You will work closely with customers, providing guidance on product selection, troubleshooting, and technical support.

About the Role

What's Required?

  1. MSc or higher in Physics, with a strong understanding of Material Sciences.
  2. Proven lab experience with hands-on work in fields such as optical fibres, optics, electronics, or lasers.
  3. Excellent communication skills, ideally with experience in a customer-facing role, as customer support and troubleshooting are key components of the position.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
