About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team in Perth Metropolitan. As a key member of the Community Safety team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with the local community, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Security industry or related experience, including community patrols, alarm response protocol, and using CCTV systems
  • Understanding of local community safety and security issues
  • Ability to confidently engage with the community and deal with difficult situations to achieve positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to the community
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve community safety and engagement
  • Collaborating with WA Police and other stakeholders to share information and best practices
