Project Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at People Group Limited. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the logistics, budgets, and scheduling of a large-scale construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement the Project Management Plan, ensuring compliance with project budgets and schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Coordinate project master programs, monitor progress, and identify mitigation plans for delays.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing regular reporting on project progress, risks, and costings.
  • Assist in managing site coordination, contract administration, and Health & Safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
