Job Title: Adult Healthcare Assistant Day

This role involves preparing, restoring and maintaining areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations, ensuring the treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing tasks that require extensive walking between patients and some lifting responsibilities. Computer skills are essential, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, restoring and maintaining areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations
  • Maintaining a safe treatment environment for patients, relatives and visitors
  • Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Performing tasks that require extensive walking between patients and some lifting responsibilities

About You:

  • You will be ideally from a healthcare background
  • You will have preferably completed an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • You will have excellent computer skills
  • You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to build strong working relationships with the team
