Banbury Office Administrator
TH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Banbury office. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the company's success.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a highly organised individual with exceptional administrative skills. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our office, including managing multiple tasks, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative support to the transportation team during absences
• Welcoming and assisting site visitors
• Answering and screening telephone calls
• Maintaining accurate business records and raising POs
• Supporting Quality, Compliance, Health & Safety efforts with reporting
• Organising conference and meeting room bookings
• Coordinating and distributing post
• Updating SOPs, documentation, and checklists as needed
• Managing pallet accounts and supporting logistics
• Providing holiday/absence cover within the office

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within manufacturing

Estimated Salary
This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
