Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing materials and components to support manufacturing schedules and customer orders.

Your duties will include scheduling components and materials, placing and expediting purchase orders, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure stock holding value makes commercial sense. You will also work closely with suppliers to monitor their performance and adherence to SLAs and contractual agreements.

A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, a pension scheme, and healthcare cash plan. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is a strong understanding of purchase order processes and experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
