About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Toolstation. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer proposition and driving sales through superb customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve great things.
  • Deliver great service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience.
  • Muck in and get your hands dirty, helping the team with tasks such as checking and unpacking deliveries.
  • Encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships, ensuring your team receives the development they need.
  • Lead from the front, coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
  • Build a fun working environment, maintaining high branch standards and product availability.
