Senior Econometrician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Econometrician to join our team at MBN Solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our econometrics team to deliver projects, lead on elements of econometrics projects, and support stakeholders in integrating findings into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of econometricians to deliver projects and lead on elements of econometrics projects.
  • Support stakeholders in integrating findings into business decisions.
  • Work alongside and support junior econometricians, supporting their development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling and analysing data with a statistical programming language or statistical software package.
  • MMM, Marketing Mix Modeling Experience.
  • Successful use of econometrics in a commercial environment.
  • Passion for using statistical techniques to convert observable data into recommendations.
  • Media planning and buying experience, with the ability to use optimisation to inform media planning.
  • Ability to vision what can be achieved with different analytical techniques and what works best to solve a client's problem.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients without a technical background.
  • Competency in using R and/or Python programming knowledge would be an advantage.
