Counselling Coordinator Opportunity

WhereToTalk is seeking a skilled Counselling Coordinator to join our team in London.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the smooth operation of our counselling services. As a Counselling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing clinical counselling assessments and referrals
  • Providing administrative support for the counselling services
  • Coordinating duty management for therapists in accordance with safeguarding policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A counselling or psychotherapy qualification to Advanced Diploma level or above
  • Accredited membership or registration with a recognized professional body
  • Substantial experience of providing psychological interventions
  • Ability to manage client risk and make onward referrals
