Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh, a category C adult male prison. As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the prison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Team
  • Assist with the management of IT systems, including CAFM
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems
  • Hold up-to-date First Aid qualification
