Job Title: Shipping Operations Manager

AVASK ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS CONSULTANTS is seeking a highly skilled Shipping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement shipping strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
  • Manage daily shipping operations, including import/export and freight forwarding requirements
  • Conduct profit margin analysis to maintain competitiveness
  • Participate in cross-functional process analysis and development of effective policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support freight forwarding and import/export initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Shipping Manager or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of shipping, import/export, and freight forwarding procedures
  • Experience with preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Strong Excel skills
