About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective canvassing and door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills and basic Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
