Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, managing their inquiries and providing exceptional service
  • Utilize the company's system to book viewings and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct accompanied viewings, identifying customer needs and preferences
  • Encourage repeat business, negotiate offers, and enter customer feedback into the system
  • Market new properties across various media channels
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure seamless communication
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using the company's system
  • Professional presentation and a well-spoken demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong emphasis on punctuality
