Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Student Accommodation Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a market-leading building and civil engineering contractor throughout the UK and Ireland.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Procurement of Sub-Contractors and preparation of Sub-Contractor order documentation.
  • Advising on legal and contractual issues, including identification and management of commercial risks.
Requirements:

We are looking for a Degree Qualified individual with Construction Experience, who possesses good knowledge of construction contracts, particularly the JCT & NEC Forms of Contract. The ideal candidate will also have high levels of organisational skills, excellent numerical, IT, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to travel frequently to site.
