Commercial Management Specialist

NRL is looking for a skilled Commercial Management Specialist to work in our West Cumbria office. This role involves managing the commercial aspects of projects from initiation to completion.
We estimate the salary for this position to be between £50,000-£70,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Cost Control - preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects.
- Administrative Support - providing general commercial support to the senior quantity surveyor.
- Payment Applications - assisting with the issuance of payment applications, timesheet entries, and compensation events.
- Subcontract Assessments - helping to assess subcontract applications.
- Interdepartmental Liaison - working closely with other departments to ensure project success.
