Job Title: Specialist Rotational Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Rotational Physiotherapist to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of physical and mental health conditions, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with physical and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our services and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Strong background in physiotherapy and experience working in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
