As Medical Lead, you will be responsible for supporting clinical governance and service delivery across three sites: Pinhoe View, The Woodmill, and The Copse. You will also play a crucial role in providing medical management for dedicated psychiatrists working in these services. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with Associate Specialists and a diverse multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior clinical advisory support to sites on clinical matters and strategy
  • Participate in policy development and review
  • Lead quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
  • Medical management and supervision of other medics
  • Regional representation in clinical governance structures
  • Responsible Clinician role with an inpatient caseload
  • Multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • Mental Health Act implementation and liaison with the Ministry of Justice
  • Leadership of clinical governance meetings and service development
