About the Role

Gensler's global legal studio is seeking ambitious law undergraduates to join our team for a 4-week paid internship in July 2024. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong interest in design and the creative world, and be eager to understand how in-house legal teams support creative thinkers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply contract and tort law principles to review simple professional appointments and confidentiality agreements
  • Attend design presentations to develop an understanding of the business of design
  • Review and update Gensler's template documents with support from Gensler's Counsels
  • Provide support in organizing and implementing QA/QC initiatives
  • Support the legal studio in its daily tasks
  • Deliver feedback on your experience to the Legal team

Requirements

  • Currently studying (or have recently completed) your LLB, GDL, LPC, or SQE, or exploring a Legal sector apprenticeship
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude and eager to learn
  • Willingness to continuously expand own professional knowledge
  • Interest in design, climate change, sustainability, and diversity
