The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child Welfare Services Director, responsible for leading our child welfare services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage complex cases and provide expert advice to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in child welfare services.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
