Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the Inventory Management Team to deliver a high-performance service and develop the team's skills and capabilities.
  • Providing a seamless interface between Projects, Logistics, Procurement, and Engineering to create and implement an inventory management policy.
  • Developing robust processes for inventory reporting, analysis, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Optimizing inventory levels and processes to increase stock availability and reduce costs.
  • Providing future demand and capacity planning for BAE Stores within HMNBP.
  • Maintaining compliance with the SHE Management System and mitigating risks to improve overall safety, health, and environmental performance.
  • Resolving customer enquiries and issues to maintain exceptional service standards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in an aftermarket environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop robust processes.
  • Very strong MRP and Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience working with line side, vending, and Kanban systems.
