Opdracht

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de doorstroom van de goederen van de reserve naar de winkel op basis van de bevoorradingsbehoeften van de verschillende rayons en met respect voor de receptieprocedures die bepaald zijn door de BU. Je optimaliseert het stockbeheer en garandeert een affichering die correct is en conform de regels van de onderneming. Deze functie rapporteert aan de Winkeldirecteur.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied

Receptie

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de binnenkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom en de terbeschikkingstelling ervan aan het front office team terwijl de uitvoering van het kwalitatieve, kwantitatieve en administratieve nazicht verzekerd is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van het beheer van de leveringsplanning (rechtstreekse leveringen en centrale leveringen) correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de regelmatige opruiming en schoonmaak van de receptie correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de goederenstroom en van het leeggoed aan de receptie correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de goede uitvoering van de transferts en retours uitgevoerd door de verantwoordelijken van de afdelingen correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de correcte opstelling van de administratieve documenten correct is.

Reserves

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de reserves (afmetingen, balisage) om de productiviteit te verbeteren correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de goederenstroom en van het leeggoed in de reserves en het afvalbeheer van de winkel correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van het beheer van de paletten in de warehousing (winstore, terugzending naar de winkels) correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de regelmatige opruiming en schoonmaak van de reserve correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie van de reserves en van de balisage ervan correct is.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie naar de commerciële managers aangaande de paletten in de warehousing/plaatsing in reserve om daarmee rekening te houden tijdens de kwantificeringen en commerciële acties correct is.

Voorraadbeheer en scanning

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je team de verschillende tools voor voorraadcorrectie correct gebruikt en dat alle TOP-methodes juist worden toegepast.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de receptie de verzendingsnota's zeer nauwkeurig beheert.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de breuk dagelijks worden gecodeerd.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de inventarissen van de reserves worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de procedures.

Affichage

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de affiches tijdig ter beschikking worden gesteld van de front office teams.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de balisage en de seizoensgebonden themadecoratie worden aangebracht.

Ontwikkeling van de medewerkers behoort ook tot het takenpakket.

  • Een eerste ervaring rijk als manager en coach.
  • Een man/vrouw van het terrein.
  • Vastberaden om je doelen te bereiken.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Flexibel, je vindt routine maar niks.
  • Efficiënt in het analyseren van situaties.
  • Je bent tevens in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en/of je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de verkoop, retail, horeca of catering.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans of beide naargelang de locatie van de winkel.
