Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Strategist to develop, direct, and lead innovative public relations and corporate communications initiatives that shape the brand's visibility by engaging media & press, celebrities & VIPs, influencers, KOL as well as the wider community of customers and followers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global vision, planning, and strategy across consumer and corporate PR to drive brand familiarity.
  • Manage communications editorial calendar to ensure consistent coverage and that messaging is maximised during key company moments.
  • Ensure all communications efforts are integrated within the wider marketing strategy and plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry opinion leaders, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and reputation.
  • Manage crisis communications and respond promptly to external communication challenges.
  • Develop a strong communications team and lead agency partners across the US, UK, and France.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, other business units, and their partners in other markets.
  • Provide communications support and counsel to the founders and wider executive leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in PR, communications, and/or journalism.
  • Robust press, VIP, and influencer relationships as well as a strong understanding of the media/digital landscape.
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil messages into clear, compelling communications in a variety of formats.
