We are now seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the East Midlands region, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the financial aspects of one or more developments from award to completion, including identifying commercial threats, preparing financial reports, and ensuring effective cash management. To achieve this, you will need to possess a degree in quantity surveying and substantial relevant experience in the construction industry. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and COINS, with a strong commercial background and excellent communication skills.

As a senior member of our team, you will also be responsible for supervising and training junior surveyors, setting targets and allocating duties while maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with the Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
* Manage financial costs and reports for multiple developments
* Identify and mitigate commercial threats
* Supervise and train junior surveyors
* Ensure effective cash management and dispute avoidance
