Job Description

beBee Professionals is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies for construction projects.
  • Monitor and control construction budgets to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing.
  • Provide regular updates on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
