Senior Healthcare Assistant

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and supervise care teams in a residential setting, promoting resident independence and maintaining a happy and caring atmosphere. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant in residential care and hold an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care services and promote resident independence.
- Maintain a happy and caring atmosphere, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
