Senior Care Assistant Nights Position

About the Role
Job OverviewThis role involves supervising a team of dedicated care assistants alongside the deputy general manager, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication and care plans, and promoting dignity and preferences of residents.
We are seeking individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and warm-hearted, compassionate personalities who are committed to individualised care and support.
The successful candidate will have opportunities for career development through ongoing training and may progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing.
