About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our engineering consultancy firm, you will be responsible for leading design efforts on various projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the built environment.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and initial assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Perform accurate and precise design calculations to ensure project success.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
  • Oversee construction stage activities to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably within the built environment.
  • Proficiency in design software and calculation tools.
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
