Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and FDA QSR standards. This involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team of six professionals, and championing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Management Representative for the QMS, ensuring processes are implemented, maintained, and improved.
  • Lead the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU MDR and FDA QSR standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deviations or non-compliances.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback.

About You:

We require a qualified and experienced candidate with a strong background in quality management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in quality management, chemistry, biology, or a related field is essential, with an MSc in Quality Management or similar being a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are also necessary.
