Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage the breakfast section, including mise-en-place, production, and service.
  • Assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements and inventory management.
  • Train and develop other chefs in the breakfast service.
  • Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice.
