This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of business analysis functions, processes, and procedures at Skanska UK Plc. As a Business Analyst Manager, you will oversee a motivated team, assess existing business processes, define and document requirements, shape opportunities, and ensure effective technology solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Business Analysts' performance, workload, development, and KPIs
  • Lead a portfolio of analysis work while managing the team
  • Define business problems and primary objectives for new projects
  • Identify, validate, and challenge functional and non-functional requirements
  • Perform feasibility studies, impact assessments, gap analysis, and contribute to the business case
  • Run workshops and formal meetings for information gathering
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and work stream heads to elicit requirements
  • Proactively handle incidents, problems, and change requests within the IT strategic support tool
  • Assist PMO Manager in allocating and maintaining Business Analysts' project portfolio
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Business Analysts

Requirements:

  • A minimum salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • IIBA or BCS Foundation qualification in Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Skilled in modeling processes techniques (BPMN, Workflows, Swim lanes, Sequence diagrams)
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Participative style when working with others and ability to build strong team relationships
