About the Role

We are seeking a female Support Worker to join our team in Margate, working in our residential service that is home to 4 individuals with unique personalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A full manual UK Driver's License is essential, as you will be required to drive a Sense vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is not necessary, as we provide full training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will work closely with residents, families, and colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.75, with the opportunity to earn up to £22,913 per annum.
