Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to employees, team leaders, and managers on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Coaching and Education: Provide coaching and education to business areas on HR-related matters, building relationships with employees and key stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Drive the group recruitment process, ensuring a first-class experience for all candidates, and oversee the recruitment, selection, induction, and probation requirements for new starters.
  • Employee Support: Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances, and provide support with the creation and delivery of HR development training modules.
  • HR Projects: Support key projects and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, performance and development initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system implementations.
Candidate Profile:
  • CIPD Qualification: A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Team Player: A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable and competent with MS Office.
