We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at Opus Perm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and colleagues in the pensions administration process.
Key Responsibilities- Process transfers in and out, including cash and in-specie transfers
- Process contributions and member drawdown benefits
- Assist with pension payroll and annual/monthly reporting
- Undertake morning and afternoon banking tasks
- Implement changes to existing procedures and software
- Provide feedback on daily processes
- Enhance relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their working practices
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to organise workloads, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient IT skills
- Pension qualifications are advantageous
- Qualifications funded and supported by the company
- Progression plan and opportunities to progress

- Pension contribution up to 8%
We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in Portsmouth. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work capably under pressure.
