About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at Opus Perm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and colleagues in the pensions administration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transfers in and out, including cash and in-specie transfers
  • Process contributions and member drawdown benefits
  • Assist with pension payroll and annual/monthly reporting
  • Undertake morning and afternoon banking tasks
  • Implement changes to existing procedures and software
  • Provide feedback on daily processes
  • Enhance relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their working practices
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to organise workloads, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Pension qualifications are advantageous
