About the Role

As a Retail Associate with TJX Europe, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing situations. You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
