About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about our merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store presentation.
