Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team, providing compassionate care and assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support with mobility and physical activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patients' comfort and wellbeing at all times.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Maintain a positive and respectful environment for patients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
