Job Description
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  2. Design and implement end-to-end organisational change initiatives to improve overall business performance.
  3. Collaborate with HRD, HR Manager, and Executives to define, deliver, and measure culture and engagement initiatives across Operations.
  4. Manage the recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to facilitating interviews.
  5. Organise and deliver HR-related training programs.
  6. Oversee employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  8. Support the development of performance management systems.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate

A successful Junior HR Business Partner should possess:

  1. CIPD/degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  3. Proficiency in HR management systems.
  4. A proactive approach to employee engagement and staff development.
  5. Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives.
  6. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
