Anderson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company that values excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger control and treasury management support

- Create and process invoices, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing

- Collaborate with customer accounts departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation duties to ensure financial accuracy

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and KPIs, providing valuable insights for business growth

- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including general office duties

- Liaise with the operations management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

- Process purchase ledger transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording

- Offer support to the Finance Manager and Finance Director, contributing to the development of financial strategies

Candidate Attributes:

- Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

- Ability to use initiative and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
