At One YMCA, we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Worker to join our team at RAF Shawbury. As a Casual Youth Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering youth and play work sessions to children and young people aged 5-18 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of youth workers to deliver engaging and interactive sessions
  • Develop and implement holiday programs to meet the needs of the community
  • Work collaboratively with the Airplay staff team, young people, and local RAF Community Support team

What We Offer:

  • A 0 hours contract with a guaranteed minimum of 7.5 hours per week for 3 months
  • Flexible planning, preparation, and administration times
  • A casual role with a working pattern to include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings
