- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our incident response capabilities.
- Proven experience in incident response, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as GCFE, GCFA, or CISSP.
- Experience in a client-facing incident response consultancy role.
- High proficiency in conducting incident response investigations and leading incident response teams.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools and log management and event correlation tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
